Challenge
Unica Capital invests in ultra-prime property, where buyers and investors judge a firm by its attention to detail. A generic corporate site would undercut the very thing the firm sells.
Goals
Build a site that feels as considered as the properties behind it, with a clear route for investors and interior design clients, and content the team can update without a developer.
The Solution
We designed the site and built it on a custom WordPress theme, with Gutenberg blocks and ACF fields behind every layout, so the team edits pages, projects and articles themselves.
Features
The site serves three audiences. Investors come for the strategies, the track record and their own login area. Private clients come for the interior design work. Press and partners come for the team, the articles and the five offices. Each page is built so one of them finds what they came for without reading through the others.
Home Page
The home page opens with large imagery and one line: Building Legacies. Investing in Timeless Value. Below that come featured projects from Lake Geneva to Mayfair, the four investment strategies, the track record, the latest articles and all five offices.
About Us Page
The firm's values, its founder, a directory of the full team and the advisory board, all on one long page. It closes with an enquiry form that asks visitors what they are getting in touch about.
Our Services Page
Location tabs switch between the UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Czech Republic. A key-figures block and a track record section tell investors how the firm finds and manages its off-market acquisitions.
Responsible
Investing Page
A text-led page on sustainability, local communities and the firm's own people. The layout stays deliberately quiet, with generous spacing and large imagery, so the commitments read as seriously as the investment pages.
Interior Design Page
Unica's design studio gets its own section: interior architecture and interior design services, the principles behind the work, and a portfolio of residences, chalets and offices. Each project has its own page, and an enquiry button starts a new brief.
Adaptive Design
Image-heavy pages are easy to get wrong on a phone. Each layout has its own mobile version rather than a shrunk copy of the desktop: imagery stays full-width, grids collapse into a single column, and the navigation, including the investor login, folds into one menu.
