Challenge
Create an interactive tool for companies to interact with all services, provided by Beloved community.
Goals
Develop a number of services: Equity Audit, Debrief, Equity Lens Map, and other tools.
The Solution
Guided by Kr8 Ventures, we developed an advanced and powerful tools, which make the auditing, querying and reporting processes in an easy and transparent way for the end customers.
Features
We’re listing several highlights from a number of services developed in terms of this project below:
Equity Lens Map
Customers are able to pass thru a number of interactive surveys, which help to determine the diversity and equity state inside the team.
Equity Lens Map Reporting
An advanced reporting is provided for HR dept based on the surveys data.
ELM Management Tools
Extra tools are created to manage the massive data processing withing the surveys.
Tasks Manager
Simple Tasks manager is available for each user of the corporate account, in order to quickly access the tasks assigned.
ELM Reports Overview
Functional high-level section of overview for all Equity Lens Map queries and data around them.
Organizational Map
The wizards/templates are provided for the organizations in order to pass thru all assessment procedures correctly.
Dark and Light Themes Design
In this project we developed separate Dark/Light themes for the users to use them depending on their preferences.
Adaptive Design
The app designs and layouts were specifically developed to look properly on a number of screens sizes.
